WE ARE UNDERSTANDING OF MISTAKES SO WE DO ACCEPT EXCHANGES. EXCHANGES ARE ONLY GRANTED IF YOU RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM(S) OR THE WRONG SIZE & MUST BE OF THE SAME VALUE OF COST AS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASED ITEM BEING EXCHANGED. NO EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE UNTIL THE ORIGINAL PURCHASED ITEM(S) IS RETURNED TO US NO EXCEPTIONS & THE EXCHANGED ITEM MUST BE UNWORN, UNUSED AND RETURNED IN ORIGINAL STATE WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. 

SHIPPING:

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3-5 business days (BLONDE/COLORED HAIR TAKES LONGER) once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Shipping MAY take up to 3-5 business days.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. She's FABB Boutique does not hold responsibility for package that state have been delivered or listed as untraceable.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
